Michelin-starred chefs, the Galvin brothers, are offering one reader the chance to win the ultimate masterclass. The winner will join Jeff Galvin for a private masterclass and learn culinary secrets of how to make the perfect Tarte Tatin. The brothers have long championed this French dessert, passionately perfecting the recipe and serving it daily as a signature dish at Galvin Bistrot de Luxe and Galvin La Chapelle. Jeff Galvin will share his secrets to the perfect Tarte Tatin with the winner during the masterclass, as well as offering tips, advice and talking about his love of food. And of course, the winner will get to enjoy the Galvin brothers’ renowned Tarte Tatin – gloriously sticky-sweet, indulgent and mouth-watering, it truly is the dessert of kings. This exclusive prize is to celebrate the launch of their 5th annual Galvin Tarte Tatin competition, where Chris and Jeff search for the UK’s best Tarte Tatin from an amateur cook. Bakers can be in with the chance of being crowned 2017 champion and winning Tarte Tatin for life.
